The Handbook provides a comprehensive description of the essential details of the St Pius X High School community.  It is provided to every student upon enrolment.  If you are looking for full descriptions of rules and expectations refer to the Handbook with which you were issued upon enrolment.  Policies can be found on the School Policies page of this website.

A brief summary of some of the important information for students to know is contained in the following document.  This document is actually the notes that used to be published in our Student Diary.  We no longer use a hardcopy of this diary.  Students are encouraged to use one of the many digital diary options available or to buy a hardcopy of a diary for themselves.

An Assessment Booklet is provided to every student as early as possible each year.  This Booklet details

An Electives Handbook is provided in Term 3 to each student in Year 8 prior to the students selecting Elective Courses for Years 9 & 10.  This Handbook outlines the Elective Courses available and any costs associated with each Course.
A copy of the Electives Handbook will be available here once it is ready for distribution.

The Diocesan Complaints & Grievances Resolution Policy, Brochure and Pathway document are all available on this website under the "Our School" tab on the "School Policies" page:

These documents outline our policy & procedures for resolving complaints and grievances.  Copies of these documents can be obtained from the Main Office of the school.  These document are also available from the Catholic Schools Office, 49 791 200.

A good person to speak with if you would like advice independent of the school is the Parent Liaison Officer at the Catholic Schools Office - Catherine Garrett-Jones on 49 791 303.



"Working Together as Partners in Education" brings together information about the provision of learning support for students with additional needs in our schools. This document has been a work in progress over the last few years and has recently been finalised.


The Annual School Report is provided under the "Our School" tab on this website.  Hard copies are also available from the Main Office of the school upon request.
